The edges of the AchilloTrain are soft and elastic so that they do not constrict. This means the bandage is comfortable to wear all around. The AchilloTrain is extra short in the foot area to avoid pressure on the 5th metatarsal bone. Overall, the knitted fabric is so flat that you can wear the bandage comfortably under your stockings and in comfortable shoes. The recessed grips on the upper edge of the pad make it easier to put on and take off.
