Shipping costs within Germany

The costs for insured shipping through our service partner DHL will amount to 4.80 euros. For an order amounting to 30 euros, shipping will be free of charge within Germany. For multiple items, shipping will be charged only once. Each additional item will be free of charge.

It is not possible for you to fetch the products personally since all products are shipped directly from the factory.

Shipping costs outside Germany 

We can send our products to almost anywhere in the world. The prices for shipping costs outside Germany will be automatically calculated the moment you pack your desired products in the shopping cart. The estimated shippings costs can be seen with your country and your postal code.

Note: Our  product offerings in the field of medical compression stockings and support stockings equivalents to about 350,000 variations. In special cases, you may have ordered an individual product made exclusively for you, this may possibly lead to a slight delay of delivery.

What if the delivery does not arrive?

After buying and paying for the products, it should reach you within a few days. If this does not happen, please send us an e-mail and we will try to help you.
