Wrist braces

Immobilization and stabilization for recovery – Various hand orthoses are available depending on the indication. They share a stabilizing and immobilizing function, which may be necessary, for instance, following surgery or at the start of therapy. Immobilizing the wrist alleviates pain and prevents movements that could hinder healing or cause further injury. Our wrist orthoses do not restrict finger mobility and allow for controlled grasping movements—with the exception of models featuring adjustable finger and thumb immobilization. We also offer specialized thumb orthoses (formerly known as "thumb splints"), which are used, for example, to treat "skier's thumb."
