pseudo-radicular syndrome

Pseudoradicular syndrome describes back pain that radiates into the arms or legs. It resembles a true herniated disc (radicular pain) but is not caused by direct compression or damage to a nerve root; instead, it stems from muscle tension, joint problems, or fascial adhesions.
