Knee supports

The knee is not only the largest joint in the human body but also has an extremely complex structure, consisting of two separate joints: the patellofemoral joint and the tibiofemoral joint. In addition to the thigh bone, shinbone, and kneecap, muscles and soft tissues - such as tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and menisci - ensure the knee functions properly. However, if the interaction between these components is disrupted, knee pain usually ensues. Common causes include overuse, improper loading, or injury. Knee braces offer a solution here; they reduce pain and provide greater joint stability.
