circaid juxtalite: An effective alternative to bandaging in the decongestion of pronounced venous edema and for the treatment of leg ulcers
The medical adaptive compression system circaid juxtalite is the alternative to conventional wrap bandages for compression of the lower leg. Due to its high wall stability and high working pressure, circaid juxtalite is used for decongestion in venous edema and in the treatment of venous leg ulcers (leg ulcers). Thanks to the four interlocking straps, the treatment can be put on and taken off quickly and easily by trained staff and the patient who has been instructed by the specialist staff. The anatomical seamless design ensures even pressure distribution and a custom fit.

With the help of the integrated circaid Built-In-Pressure System (BPS), the required, prescribed compression range can be precisely set and measured. The ability to easily readjust the compression range during the day avoids pressure loss and slippage of the supply. This allows for consistent and effective compression therapy that effectively promotes edema reduction.

In addition, studies show that medical adaptive compression systems allow wounds to heal faster compared to conventional compression bandages.2 The material is breathable, latex-free and counteracts the development of bacteria and odors.

product benefits

Easy to put on and take off after instruction by specialist staff
Reliably adjustable and controllable compression pressure (20 - 30, 30 - 40, 40 - 50 mmHg) with handy measurement card (BPS card)
Readjusting the straps while wearing maintains the compression pressure and prevents the supply from slipping
Extra wide bands avoid window edema
4 bands for easy handling, especially for older patients
Product design ensures the pressure curve decreases proximally
Two pieces of cotton underwear stockings - high wearing comfort and maintenance of hygiene
Latex-free, odor-inhibiting material with an antibacterial effect

benefits

Faster wound healing in an open leg (Ulcus cruris venosum)3
Independent and easy to put on and take off the supply with Velcro - for more self-management
