Jobst Compri2 Lite - Two-Layer Compression System

Jobst Compri2 is a two-layer compression system that applies even compression to the affected limb. This multi-layered system can be used to treat venous leg ulcers, venous edema, and lymphedema.

Long-lasting Compression
Provides continuous compression for up to 7 days. Features a pressure indicator for easy application.

Latex-Free Coating
The second layer, a cohesive short-stretch bandage, prevents the compression system from slipping.

Jobst Compri2 compression bandages allow for optimal adjustment of the compression level to the affected limb and are easy to apply. They are suitable for use in the first phase of Complex Decongestive Therapy (CDT) for the treatment of lymphedema. They are also used to treat venous ulcers and venous edema. Jobst Compri2 is a two-layer compression system constructed as follows:

First layer (padded layer) - padding with PU foam applied to one side, which rests against the skin. The padding layer ensures optimal pressure distribution and good moisture wicking.
Second layer - bandage with a latex-free, cohesive coating, so that it adheres to itself and does not slip.

The compression system is available in standard and Lite versions:

Jobst Compri2 (standard version) - achieves a compression level of approximately 40 mmHg when both layers are applied.
Jobst Compri2 Lite (Lite version) - achieves a compression level of approximately 30 mmHg when both layers are applied.

Jobst Compri2 is indicated for patients with an ankle-brachial index (ABPI) of ≥ 0.8, while Jobst Compri2 lite is suitable for compression therapy of patients with an ABPI between 0.5 and 0.8. Jobst Compri2 and Jobst Compri2 lite compression bandages are available in two different sizes for the following ankle circumferences:

18-25 cm

25-32 cm

Instructions for using Jobst Compri2:

Apply the compression system with the foot in a flexed position (foot at a 90° angle).
Begin with a circular wrap at the base of the little toe.
Add the second wrap with an overlap over the top of the foot, so that half the width of the bandage covers the ankle.
The next wrap then goes over the heel.
Continue bandaging up to the knee, ensuring an overlap. The padding bandage should be stretched to conform to the shape of the leg with minimal tension.
Remove any excess material and gently press down the end of the bandage.
An indicator on the bandage serves as a guide for the amount of tension applied; it changes from an oval to a circle when stretched.

Diagnoses:
