RhizoLoc OA can relieve pain through targeted immobilization in the case of arthrosis, arthritis, injuries or overload and irritation in the thumb saddle or thumb metatarsophalangeal joint. Thanks to the self-adhesive wrapping strap made of Velcro and the anatomically shaped plastic clip, the orthosis offers a high degree of stabilization and positions the thumb in a natural, relieving position. The strap system ensures a secure fit during your everyday activities without restricting your gripping movements.
Soft, flexible edges increase the wearing comfort of the light thumb orthosis and the perforation allows enough air to reach your skin. Since all materials are equally robust, waterproof and easy-care, you can wear the orthosis while washing your hands or rinsing and then simply dry it off. A second, interchangeable thumb strap is included in the scope of delivery to prevent the formation of germs due to moisture.
RhizoLoc OA is available in two sizes for the right and left hand. After the straps have been shortened to fit your needs by the medical specialists (excluded from return after adjustment), the user-friendly closure system with eyelet makes it easy to put on and take off - even with one hand. A small hand symbol on the inside serves as a guide.
