The orthotics system from the plastic range is specially designed for safety shoes. By means of a so-called "active core" does the orthotic biodynamic, ie it takes the maximum foot from the heel to the toes and distributes the body weight on the entire foot. The feet and the entire body noticeably eases Long standing and walking.

tested according to DGUV 112-191 128 shoe models of Steitz Secura
used in all areas of work, especially in ESD areas
Biodynamic gait pattern thanks to active core, relieved especially in predominantly standing and walking activity

From heel to toe
The novel active core combines solid and soft components of the liner. The soft materials for a subdued appearance and solid materials provide lead and support the foot where it is needed. The special shape of the core promotes the dynamic movement of the foot. Both the feet and the entire musculoskeletal system are relieved.

Types and scope
The shoe insert corresponds perfectly to the requirements of everyday work. The effect of the orthopedic insole is particularly noticeable with long periods of standing on hard surfaces and when carrying heavy loads. The ErgoPad work corresponds to the fit of safety shoes. It is easy to fit into them when they least 3-5 mm thick one, have removable insole.

Type approved by DGUV 112-191

Special features of the ErgoPad work for safety shoes

Plastic liner made of EVA, TPE and PE
Patented molded-core deposits ("active core") with hard and soft plastic components

1) micro fiber / textile cover and long-soled layer (35 ° Shore A) *:
This reference serves as a pleasant area of contact with the foot. It is mixed with graphite and thus conductive. The existing EVA layer overlying the active core and is also conductive.
2) soft component - thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) *:
It is a part of the active core and has a damping effect together with the overlying surface layer. The soft, flexible material in the heel and outer metatarsal region of the insert reduces the pressure load in these sensitive areas.
3) Fixed component - high molecular weight polyethylene (PE):
Supports the arch and the Rückfußstabilität improved thanks to solid heel cup. The stable, skinned heel rim centers the heel and stabilizes the entire rearfoot in the performance phase. Flexible springs promote among the metatarsophalangeal joints, the dynamic movement of the foot.
* Including conductive bonding
