The orthopedic shoe insert ErgoPad redux hallux gives priority to conservative treatment of hallux rigidus and Limitus - the restriction of movement or stiffening of the metatarsophalangeal joint. The insert causes a rapid relief of the painful area. Responsible for this is a special stiffening element that is positioned just below the big toe joint and - to plan Vorfußpositionierung - extending into the outer barrel region.

Special stiffener avoids supination of the forefoot; prevented by its viscoelastic properties but not stiff you attempt to pry the heel of the shoe ago
Supplied with either left or right stiffening element in combination with a reduced around the rigidifying member complementary contribution - and, if required, of course, with bilateral stiffening
Available in single sizes from 35 to 48 and two widths

product Details

Of the disease hallux limitus / rigidus men are statistically affected slightly more often than women. The disease is more common from the age of 50.
The causes deformities different form the one hand, on the other hand, external influences, such as running on hard surfaces are responsible for the indication.
Before the toe is stiff, the big toe joint becomes less and less cartilage - a osteoarthritic change occurs. During the rolling of the foot, the joint is now constantly exposed to a strong lever ligand pressure. In the course of bony outgrowths on here form the joint capsule that can be repeatedly affected by painful inflammation.

Sehr zufrieden
Diese Einlagesohle ist fast so gut wie die massgefertigte Sohle vom Orthopädisten, kostet aber nur einen Bruchteil davon.
