Die oberen Ränder sind weich und stören nicht. Trägt unter der Kleidung kaum auf. Meine Beschwerden (leichte) haben sich schon nach zwei Tagen verbessert, habe Lumbotrain vorbeugend verwendet, da ich seit Wochen Beschwerden hatte und nachts davon aufwachte. Die Investition zahlt sich aus! Ergänzende Heil-Gymnastik kann nicht schaden :)
